The Rag Trade - The Complete First LWT Series

The Rag Trade - The Complete First LWT Series

Peter Jones (The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy) and Miriam Karlin (So Haunt Me) star as Harold Fenner - the much put-upon proprietor of Fenner Fashions - and Paddy, his ever-so-militant trade union shop steward, in a comedy that's 'designed' to get you laughing...

A huge success in the early 1960s for the BBC running for three series, the programme's popularity was such that the cast and writers reunited a decade later for two further series - only this time made by LWT. As well as Jones and Karlin reprising their roles as antagonists, new additions to the cast included Christopher Beeny as Tony and Anna Karen (On The Buses) as Olive.

This set contains all fifteen episodes that comprised the first LWT series (The Rag Trade's fourth in total), including the festive special, shown on Christmas Eve 1977.

Not in the UK?

Fear not! Many items can still be ordered. Amazon in the UK delivers to many international territories, whilst their Australia, USA and Canada stores also supply many equivalent or imported items.

If you are in the North America, look out for US/Canadian flag icons on popular product listings for direct links.

If you order from a UK store, please note that the UK is in Region 2 and B, respectively, for DVDs and Blu-rays - check your player's compatibility, or look for multi-region products if you are located in another region.

If you are in Australia or New Zealand (DVD Region 4), note that almost all DVDs distributed in the UK by the BBC and 2entertain are encoded for both Region 2 and Region 4. The UK and Australasia are in the same Blu-ray region (B).
