Series 1, Episode 7 - It's The Thought That Counts
It's the last day of the Autumn term, and Bernard is wondering what - if anything - 5C will have got him for Christmas. Similarly, Potter is delighted by the thought of a present from the rest of the staff, as is the headmaster. But with news that Mr Wriggins, 5C's previous teacher, is due to return for the Spring term, things start running a little less smoothly.

End-of-term at Fenn Street, and the staff wait for their traditional presents from their forms. Bernard's anticipation at the thought of what he might get from 5C is tempered by the news that the injured Mr. Wriggins will be fit to return as 5C's form master next term.
