Jeremy gets called up on jury service but falls for the female defendant, Carla. Mark warns him to stop sleeping with her - it's against the law - but Jeremy ignores him.

Meanwhile Sophie, who's been away on business, pays Mark a visit with her new gay friend, Dom. Mark is forced to go to a gay club, where he pretends to take drugs with the others. In an effort to look believable, he asks Jeremy for tips on how to act 'high'.
Jeremy soon realises his defendant girlfriend is nothing but trouble but he is faced with a huge dilemma: should he call for a guilty verdict merely to get rid of her?
