The series was produced when its real-life husband and wife stars were riding high with popularity gained in ITV's period drama Upstairs, Downstairs, for which Bingham and Brady also wrote.
A sequel, Yes - Honestly, was made with new stars but, although successful, failed to capture the flavour of the original.
