What Just Happened? is to return to BBC One Wales this Christmas after a 2022 TV pilot.
Starring Robin Morgan and Kiri Pritchard-McLean, the format has enjoyed two hit series on BBC Radio Wales, and recently won the Comedy (Sound) prize at the Celtic Media Festival 2024.
The upcoming end-of-year special will satirise and review 2024 "in Wales and beyond".
Producers tease: "Join Robin and Kiri as they lead their panel of guests to delve back into the year just gone to try and work out What Just Happened?."
The panel features Radio Cymru presenter and legendary stand-up, Tudur Owen; fast-rising comedian and S4C presenter, Mel Owen; plus multi-award winning journalist and expert commentator on Welsh politics, Will Hayward.
Recording on 11th December at the BBC's central Cardiff studios, tickets are now available.
Co-creator Robin Morgan says: "I'm absolutely thrilled! The whole What Just Happened? team are phenomenal and I'm so proud we get to bring it to telly just as the medium is being replaced by TikTok."
Co-creator Henry Widdicombe adds: "It's a fitting way to end an award-winning year for What Just Happened? and we can't wait to bring it back to TV screens."
What Just Happened? is a Little Wander production.
