BBC One has reportedly ordered a third series of comedy entertainment format The Chris & Rosie Ramsey Show.

The programme, hosted by the married couple, made its debut in BBC Two's 9pm Monday night slot in May 2022. A second series, moved to the popular 10:40pm Friday night slot on BBC One, followed in May 2023.

The show was launched off the back of the success of the duo's hit podcast Sh**ged Married Annoyed. Producers describe it as follows: "The pair are joined each week by another celebrity couple to poke fun at life, growing up, relationships, arguments, annoyances, parenting and everything in between. With a host of regular features and great guests, The Chris & Rosie Ramsey Show promises lots of late night laughs and plenty of chances for viewers at home to get involved as well, as Chris and Rosie bring their unique brand of humour to viewers."

A source told The Sun: "The BBC absolutely love Chris and Rosie, they're a hilariously entertaining duo but most importantly, real, so it was a proper blow when they couldn't get a third series underway. The show was shelved until schedules could align and everyone is thrilled that work can now begin ahead of next year."
