2023 Edinburgh TV Awards winners revealed

Winners of the Edinburgh TV Awards, presented at the city's annual television festival, have been revealed this evening.
In a ceremony hosted by Jordan Gray, BBC One was named best channel and ITVX the best streaming platform.
Amongst a range of categories, the following comedy winners were announced:
Best Actor - Comedy: Jamie Demetriou
Demetriou, above, picked up the prize in recognition of his Netflix special, A Whole Lifetime With Jamie Demetriou.
Best Popular Factual Series: Rosie Jones' Trip Hazard

Produced by CPL Productions in association with Studio 71, Rosie Jones's Channel 4 disability travelogue Trip Hazard won the popular factual title.
Best TV Presenter - Entertainment: Graham Norton

Graham Norton was named the best presenter in entertainment formats, for his long-running BBC One chat show.
Best Comedy Series: Derry Girls

Channel 4's final series of Derry Girls by Lisa McGee picked up the main comedy prize. It aired last year.
