Judi Love & Emily Atack land new comedy series
- Emily Atack and Judi Love appear to be co-hosting a new comedy format
- The comedians are currently filming a new show on location in a residential flat
- Their guests so far have included Bill Bailey, Stacey Dooley and Jimmy Carr
Judi Love and Emily Atack appear to have landed their own ITV chat show.
The two comics have been filming with celebrity guests over recent days in a residential flat.
Atack posted an image of herself with Bill Bailey and Jimmy Carr on Instagram during filming yesterday, whilst Love has shared videos including Jamali Maddix, Rob Rinder and Stacey Dooley.
Other celebrities to have filmed include husband and wife Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams.
Emily commented on one post: "BACK AT IT! Filming begins for brand new show. Excited to release details soon!"
Streaming platform BritBox, which is run and 90% owned by ITV, is working on a chat show format based around archive clips of old television comedies, inviting speculation that this is the show that the comedians are currently recording.
Love, who presents a show for BBC Radio London and has just completed her first year on ITV's daytime chat show Loose Women, is fast becoming an ITV fixture, having recently appeared on Sorry, I Didn't Know, Don't Hate The Playaz and Celebrity Karaoke Club.
Atack, meanwhile, is also cementing her relationship with the network, after joining long-running ITV2 panel show Celebrity Juice in the autumn as one of two new team captains, and launching her own stand-up/sketch show, The Emily Atack Show.
An ITV spokesperson declined to comment when contacted by British Comedy Guide.
