ITV2 to launch comedy entertainment show Don't Hate The Playaz

ITV2 is to launch a new comedy entertainment show called Don't Hate The Playaz.
The format is described by producers as an "anarchic comedy entertainment show that celebrates all things rap and hip-hop".
Producers say: "Featuring some of the most exciting names on the UK music scene, the show will have performance rounds, physical challenges and above all loads of great live music."
Discussing the games, they add: "Winners are decided on the night by the studio audience, who will play a huge part in the show."
Don't Hate The Playaz will feature a range of hosts, guests and contributors. Stand-up comedian Darren Harriott is one of those named in the line-up, as is grime rapper Lady Leshurr, Rizzle Kicks star Jordan Stephens, former MTV presenter Maya Jama, and DJ Shortee Blitz.
On the page to book tickets, in reference to the guests, the production team tease "a few more we can't name yet for security reasons".
The episodes will be recorded in Islington, but the exact location is being kept under wraps. The producers describe the studio as "a secret underground central London venue like you've never seen before".
