Outnumbered wins Broadcast award

Outnumbered, the BBC One sitcom starring Hugh Dennis and Claire Skinner, was named Best Comedy Programme at last night's Broadcast Awards.
The sitcom beat Harry Hill's TV Burp, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Peep Show, Psychoville and The Inbetweeners to claim the award at the trade magazine's prestigious awards ceremony at London's Grosvenor House Hotel last night.
E4's hit teen sitcom The Inbetweeners was highly commended in the comedy category, and was awarded the Best Multichannel Programme accolade.
