Additionally, Richard Ayoade is nominated in the Presenter category for Travel Man and Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge has picked up another award nomination, the RTS Breakthrough award. Meanwhile Taskmaster is up against Strictly Come Dancing and Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway in the Entertainment category.

Chair of the awards, Alex Mahon, said of the nominations: "The RTS Programme Awards strive to reflect the ever-changing broadcasting landscape and to recognise the very best programmes and talent that made-up the schedules over the last 12 months."

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London, hosted by Sandi Toksvig, on Tuesday 21st March.
