Peter Kay's Car Share leads BAFTA TV Awards comedy nominations

The nominations for the BAFTA Television Awards have been announced. Peter Kay's Car Share leads the comedy-related list with four nominations: one for best Scripted Comedy; two acting related nominations; and one for the Radio Times Audience Award, the prize voted on by the public.
Elsewhere in the list of nominees, BBC Three show People Just Do Nothing has picked up its highest-profile award nomination yet; Stephen Fry is nominated for his final series of QI; and stand-up Romesh Ranganathan has obtained his first BAFTA nomination for his Asian Provocateur travel series.
