- Company
A satirical revue of life at No. 10 Downing Street during Harold Wilson's reign as Prime Minister, based on Joan Littlewood's successful West End stage production.
Littlewood's musical play was itself adapted from a television sketch based on the Private Eye column written primarily by John Wells with input from Richard Ingrams and Peter Cook. It chronicled the events in Wilson's life from his wife Mary's more down-to-earth and homely perspective.
