When his model aeroplane is blown out of the sky by a rival kid's, Mr Bean sets his sights on revenge. Next day, his newly-constructed fighter plane is almost ready for take-off. But it lacks a vital part - and the model shop is shut! No matter, it is chocks away with Teddy at the controls, fighting for airspace over London N10.
