Having got off to a bad start, Lisa and new neighbour Jenna's feud shows no sign of relenting, despite Dan and Cameron's brave efforts to establish some peace.
However, the noisy newcomers are the last of Lisa's worries as she starts to fear that the new Fersa offices, being (slowly) constructed by Dan and Greg, will never be ready on time.
Meanwhile, Denise employs a successful new agent to get her modelling back on track, Roger's plan to slowly woo his new personal trainer Amita is scuppered when Fergus decides to join the gym and nana Miller sets her romantic sights on (a rather terrified) Barry.
Plus, things kick off at the Dawson house as Tanya, Greg and Ella are confronted by an face from their past.
