Series 1 (2018)

In the first series the duo visit Norfolk, Herefordshire, Derbyshire, Dorset and Hampshire.

Series 2 (2019)

The second series starts in Wales, with other destinations including Scotland, Cornwall and Northern Ireland.

Series 3 (2020)

Series 3 sees Paul and Bob seek out new fishing adventures around the UK.

Series 4 (2021)

Paul and Bob once again travel the country, fishing and keeping heart-healthy. This series sees them travelling to the Hebrides.

Series 5 (2022)

The format continues to centre on each episode catching a key species of fish, with Paul using his extensive knowledge of fishing to guide Bob, and with Bob hunting out unique places to stay and creating heart-healthy menus throughout their travels.

Series 6 (2023)

This year's six episodes include overnight camping on the shores of a carp lake and a visit to the oldest pub in the UK, as the duo cast their lines in Wales, Shropshire, Wiltshire, the Scottish Borders, Driffield Beck in Yorkshire and Burgh Island off the Devon coast.

Gone Hogmanay Fishing (2023)

In this special hour-long festive episode, Bob, Paul and Ted travel to Scotland to fish for salmon and to taste the traditional Hogmanay celebrations on offer.

Series 7 (2024)

An expanded to a run of eight episodes for 2024 sees the friends taking excursions to locations including Derbyshire, Newark, Bedfordshire, North Norfolk and Northern Ireland.

An episode set around the Lot river in Cahors in the south-west of France.

Series 8 (2025) New

This series has even more of a personal edge, with each fishing location chosen by its relevance to Paul or Bob personally, following the broad journeys of their lives.
