John Cleese kicked off his career in comedy as a scriptwriter and performer on The Frost Report before going on to co-found the legendary Monty Python comedy troupe, writing and performing in their Flying Circus sketch show and films that include Monty Python And The Holy Grail and Life Of Brian.
His tribute show begins with a spoof memorial to 'the late' John Cleese before cutting to a series of new sketches performed by the Pythons. Featuring interviews and archive clips, this is an entertaining and thoughtful tribute to the man who uttered the immortal words, "This parrot is no more. It has ceased to be."
