The show starts asking if '158 years' is the financial news-related answer, what is the question, with discussion quickly following on to the collapses of Lehman Brothers and XL Airways, and then to Newcastle United.
The No Wheel Of News Is Good News round features stand-up material from Andy on U.S. politics, Adam on parenting, Frankie on food and Russell on human behaviour.
Then follows the headliners round - a photo of Gordon Brown with the initials B.F.L.C., and then the conversation continues on a political theme by discussing the Liberal Democrat party conference.
The show ends as always with scenes we'd like to see - this week they are things you wouldn't hear in a travel documentary, and unlikely lines from a TV detective show.
