Misfits, 4.8 - episode eight review

This was an okay end to what's been a frustrating fourth series. Misfits had a lot to overcome this year, with the loss of three original characters and a fourth halfway through its run, and it didn't entirely succeed.

Dan Owen, Dan's Media Digest, 17th December 2012

Misfits: Series 4 finale review

You wouldn't call Series 4 a triumph for the show, but based on the gang we're left with it might be that Misfits' fifth year will be something more special. We're already praying hard for it.

Rob Smedley, Cult Box, 16th December 2012

Misfits, 4.7 - episode seven review

Overall, I had fun watching Episode 7, even if some of its subplots were pretty thin and there wasn't much holding it all together.

Misfits series 4 episode 7 review

A week away from its series 4 finale, Misfits serves up a depressingly throwaway episode...

Caroline Preece, Den Of Geek, 10th December 2012

Ok, so, there's none of the original cast left, Joseph Gilgun's whole 'by 'eck' routine has been juuust a little annoying, and the newbies aren't as fun to impersonate as Iwwwwan Rheon, but Misfits has still managed to keep us entertained in its radically different fourth series, which comes to a close next week.

In the finale, there's trouble in store for the entire gang when Rudy manages to uncover love interest Nadine's (Gillian Saker) superpower. And given how keen Misfits have been to kill off their main characters willy-nilly, we wouldn't be surprised if it all ends in tragedy for our favourite young offenders.

Misfits: Series 4 Episode 7 review

No one, not even the newly emotionally vulnerable Rudy, can quite match the impact of Shaun Dooley, who has been quietly but furiously stealing scenes week after week as the bullet-faced Probation Greg.

Review of Misfits - series 4, episode 7

While most of this weeek felt very average, it was toward the last quarter of the episode that things finally started to pick up both in terms of tension and drama.

Neela Debnath, The Independent, 9th December 2012

Misfits, 4.6 - episode six review

Overall, there were lots of missed opportunities and vague moments to be found here, but this episode was still a huge amount of fun - with a delightfully twisted explanation for barman Matt's guarded personality around Jess, and one of the show's more enjoyably out there ideas in a homicidal bunny.
