Overhearing Millie describe her as uncool, mum decides it's time to change. The results are epically embarrassing for Millie and Lauren.
Jake and Fran have the opposite problem - Amber is so laid-back she's horizontal, and they're fed up of living with the chaotic consequences. Millie and Fran realise they can help each other - invite mum round to dinner at Amber's so both can see what the reality is like. It's a great idea in theory - if only Amber hadn't just decided to be as super-organised as mum.
Lauren stays at home, but is soon bored. Craig's happy to let her have a go at his computer game - until she starts beating his high score.
