The first family member David meets is sister Claire, a Goth who is confined to a wheelchair by a mystery illness. Claire is fraudulently claiming benefits and hates everything in the world except Twilight star Robert Pattinson. Once David discovers Claire is feigning her illness, he is more than happy to breakdance with her.
Next up is brother Ben - a shy boy who likes to hang out with his own ventriloquist dummy. Sadly, he's a rubbish ventriloquist and even his dummy hates him. Father, Colin, is a doctor of psychology and a bit of a hippy who likes to run his household as a commune. Mum, Susan, is a sex therapist who likes to bring her work home!
In this episode the benefits officer arrives to interview the family about Claire's disability. Will David manage to keep up the lie under pressure?
