Zoë is going back to work, which poses the awkward question of who's going to look after Fleur whilst Alec and Zoë are a work. Efforts to find a Nanny approve futile and Zoë is not at all happy about the idea of Fleur being left with Simone. She changes her mind when she and Alec attend a birthday party at the vicarage and find Simone filling in for the clown very successfully. Zoë realises she's been foolish and agrees to allow Simone to be Fleur's nanny.
