Further details

Zoë is shocked and appalled when Debbie tells her that her sort-of ex boyfriend Roy has proposed. Debbie is torn about whether or not she should leave Trev, and Zoë and her Mum aren't helping. She's also concerned about the legal side of things as although she and Trev aren't married the flat is in both their names. She goes to see Alec for advice.

Zoë is not at all happy with Alec when she discovers that Debbie has left Trev and moved into a grotty flat on a run down council estate. Zoë tells Alec to go and see Debbie and get her to go back to Trev. However when Alec and Zoë turn up at the flat next day they find it cleaned and furnished and Debbie announcing she's chosen neither of them. Meanwhile at the office Jamie decides to bring Semple, Callender and Callender into the 20th century by investing some new office equipment much to Miss Flood's dismay.
