After months of being dubbed noisy neighbours, George and Kate move to a new flat but the same headache stays with them. This time, however, they are on the receiving end.
A noisy party in the flat below given by an actor and his wife is warning of things to come. But it is a safe bet that the Starlings will work things out in their own haphazard way.
