In Series 2 episode 9, Kiss Of Death, Ronnie Corbett's character is called Gordon Bexter: toward the end of the episode, his 'obituary' clearly states this as his surname in one shot (with David Renwick playing a talking head journalist), but the on-screen graphic changes to give his surname as 'Bextor' when we see the programme on Alice's TV a moment later.
