Further details
Roy desperately wants to try Bill's new electric toothbrush, but is told that toothbrushes are not for sharing and are not toys. Roy understands, but when the toothbrush starts to talk to him, he can't resist picking it up and turning it on. Vibrations shoot through Roy's whole body so fast he becomes a blur, ricocheting off the sink, spinning out of control, knocking bubble bath and loo roll off the shelf and into the toilet bowl, causing it to block.
Meanwhile, in Toonville, the Messer has filled the town with water to create a giant swimming pool for himself.
