Further details
Animated primary school power broker Wee Gary buys a pair of 'sannies' as he hatches a new playground money making scheme. The 80s style detective has his nemesis in his sights, behind a peculiar tree trunk and the pub legend in the flat cap howls a cautionary tale about dog breeding. Adventure game phone-in host Falconhoof receives a call live on air from an old pal. Zoned out waster Dee Dee spots an inconsistency in an advert for a compilation CD and, brand new to the series, Limmy plugs into the mainframe and uses his supercomputer to right the wrongs of certain 'low slung' denim wearers.
In addition to the regular characters, Limmy's Show is packed with stand-alone sketches and Limmy-like observations on life. He gets caught up in an eye contact incident in a cafe, wonders whether it's funny being hit by an ambulance, gives away a newsreader's secrets, shares his opinions on saving the planet for future generations.
He also loses it on a bus, interrupts the show to tell us about an idea with arrows, has someone hold a door open for just a bit too long and is interviewed on a chat show. Making a special appearance as Limmy's doppleganger, is Great British Menu chef Kenny Atkinson.
Throw in some arresting visuals like the pluke-infested doorface, a spooky tarot card incident and a bit of dancing and the result is another half hour of unique new comedy.
