Rick gets caught speeding - not for the first time. Three more points on his licence will take him close to a ban, so he tries to persuade first Mel, then Marty and Madga into saying they were driving his car.

Meanwhile local café owner, Michael, manages to railroad Rick into doing a fund-raiser to save their local library from closure. On top of it all, his daughter Sam has decided to get a tattoo done.
