Nish Kumar explains why he quit Late Night Mash
"It's a show I loved deeply but it's not a show that I was involved in the creation of, it's very much their show. So it just felt like it was time for me to strike out on my own."

British Comedy Guide, 28th October 2021Mash had to censor PM quote as it breached Dave rules
We can't tell you exactly what was said, but there was definitely a homophobic slur, some more than casual racism and a sizeable portion of misogyny. British Comedy Guide, 28th July 2021Oh no, The Mash Report is back
If The Mash Report can match its dismal BBC [viewing figures] on Dave, it will look like a hit. And I think it could serve a useful purpose for the UK's progressive parties. I advise them to watch it and to learn never to take that tone or do any of the things it sees there. De-Mash yourselves and prepare for power.
