The dejected Howard wonders if Pearl still loves him. Hobbo takes pity on him. Hobbo delivers a message from Howard to Pearl - a brief peck - but Pearl grabs him and delivers a full-blooded kiss. Howard is aghast. Glenda tells the uncertain Morton that he's going to Gloria's wedding as Moria's guest.
