Comedy Playhouse - Of Funerals And Fish
Blamire, Compo and Clegg are three opposites with one thing in common - determination to make each day as full as possible. After being thrown out of the library for smoking and eating, the trio head to the café and are driven away by argument, then do a little fishing - before a chance sighting up in the hills opens the library doors to them once more.

The Last of The Summer Wine by Roy Clarke in the Comedy Playhouse Series struck me as a delightful straight play. And I could have wished that something would strike the woman in the studio audience, who thought she was watching The Comedians.
