Junior Taskmaster

The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here, so close your windows, lock your doors and turn your phones on silent, because it's the Junior Taskmaster final! At the end of this episode, Rose Matafeo will present our Junior Taskmaster champion with a spectacular trophy of her golden head. Along the way, we'll witness tent construction, memory-based mayhem and what can only be described as a debacle involving olives.

Prize task: The most unusual thing that begins with J, T or M.

Task 1, Part 1: Pitch your tent as fast as possible. Your tent must be properly pegged down and zipped up. Your time starts now. Part 2: Fill your tent with biodegradable balloons. You have ten minutes to fill your tent, minus the time it took you to pitch your tent. Most biodegradable balloons in your tent wins. Your time starts when Mike blows his whistle.

Task 2, Part 1: Place a number [1, 4, 7, 9, 11, 18] next to each word [star, bin, sneeze, country, bag, olive], then open the next task. Part 2: Do each thing the number of times you have chosen. These are the things: name a country, eat an olive, get completely in and out of a sleeping bag, do a star jump, throw a paper ball into the bin, pretend to sneeze. Fastest to complete all six things wins. You have a maximum of 15 minutes. Your time starts now.

- Jamie: Completed five tasks in 7:41, but refused to eat 18 olives. - 3

Task 3, Part 1: Leave this room in exactly one minute from now, then sit in the lab for three minutes, then when the alarm goes off re-enter this room. Part 2: Say what has changed. Most correct answers wins. Every incorrect answer will lose you two correct answers. You have three minutes. Your time starts now.

Live task: Get your shoe furthest down the Knappett. For each round you may choose one shoe to throw and you may only throw each shoe once. You must stand on the spot to throw your shoe. The contestant whose shoe is least far down the Knappett will be eliminated at the end of each round. If anyone's shoe falls off the Knappett or does not pass the green line, they are disqualified.
