Sitcom pilot about a book writer, created by Jeff Greenstein. The script was first piloted in 2007 for the CBS network in America, but was rejected by them at the time.

The Rich Inner Life of Penelope Cloud follows the life of a smart, uncompromising writer who has a life changing epiphany while struggling to write a follow-up to her first highly successful novel.

Jon Plowman is now working on bringing the project to the BBC.

Speaking to The Nerdist podcast in December, Greenstein said: "The initial script is a script I'm really proud of, so Jon said "let's try to get this made in the UK" and it looks like this might happen", adding: "It's really gratifying for me that this thing I wrote in 2007 that I've always believed in is now going to have a second life. That makes me happy."
