It's the day of Grace's flamingo-themed 5th birthday party and everything is going smoothly - until Grace comes down with an unexplained case of flamingo-phobia. Toni has just half an hour to 'pivot' to a new party theme - while deflecting curve-balls from Gloria, who is in full judgmental mode. Paula offers 'expert' advice from the sidelines and a badly hungover Rana steps up as a children's entertainer but the puking princess doesn't do much to paper over the cracks.
