Bob hopes to defend his title of Toupee Wearer of the Year but on the day of the awards, his toupee is stolen by their house rat. Flashing back through time, Bob calls on the others to help him get clues on the rat-bear's whereabouts and find his prized toupee.
Bob offers a golden ticket to the person who can retrieve the wig for him in time for the celebrations, but as he is about to give up all hope they realise the secret to finding it is hidden in an unexpected place.
