Sitcom pilot from Worldwide Theatrix. Filmed in Bury St Edmunds, Here Comes The Queen was written by Jeremy Lloyd and David Croft ('Allo 'Allo!, Dad's Army) and starred Les Dennis and ex-EastEnder and Are You Being Served? star Wendy Richard. The pilot follows the story of a brother and sister from Romford who discover they are the two remaining heirs to a Russian throne. Also appearing were Philip Madoc, Burt Kwouk, Janie Dee, Mark Dexter and Niky Wardley. The producer was Penny Croft.
This project was cancelled before being produced.
