Harry & Paul trivia
The first episode of the second series was dedicated to the producer of the second series, the highly regarded Geoffrey Perkins. He was killed in a road accident in the week before the broadcast.
The end credits were replaced by a tribute to "the most talented producer of his generation". Narrated by Enfield and Whitehouse, the montage of Geoffrey's previous shows also included outtakes of the producer fluffing his lines during his cameo appearance in Harry and Paul as a butler to some dustbinmen.
The series one title sequence to Ruddy Hell! It's Harry And Paul (see our video clips page to watch it) was based on Dove Evolution, the advert that became a viral sensation on YouTube.
