Paul interviews a pretentious Mancunian chef, takes a DNA test and comes into confrontation with Saturday Kitchen.

Paul, suffering from a bad back, is given the chance to interview a pretentious Mancunian chef who has been selected for Saturday Kitchen, and tries to recreate sous vide by cooking fish fingers in his dishwasher.

A visit to the local pool to ease his pain goes badly when Paul is accused by the Australian lifeguard of looking at the women underwater.

Naomi insists Paul does a DNA test for kicks but the results are not at all what she expected.

When the chef loses out on Saturday Kitchen because of his religious views, Paul confronts the presenter Matt Tebbutt to ask whether they've ever had someone on who can't rip up toilet paper on the sabbath.
