Jack Rooke has recalled when he knew that Katy Wix had the "cult gay" appeal to play Jules, the over-enthusiastic student union officer in his Channel 4 sitcom Big Boys, after seeing how her performance in Absolutely Fabulous transfixed a Soho sauna.
Phoenix Nights fans are being given the chance to own their own piece of the iconic sitcom, when props from the Peter Kay comedy and its spin-off Max & Paddy's Road To Nowhere are to be auctioned on 31st January.
