Jordan Gray's sitcom Transaction begins filming
Production is underway on Transaction, Jordan Gray's ITV sitcom set in a supermarket.
In the six-part series the comedian plays an egomaniac transgender shop assistant. Upon realising she's a diversity hire who can't be sacked, she starts to cause chaos among her co-workers.
Producers have released a picture of Gray as Liv standing alongside co-star Nick Frost, who plays the shop's manager Simon.
The sitcom started life in 2000 as a series of six short online episodes funded by Comedy Central. These episodes are still available to watch online.
The new version, which again will feature Thomas Gray as her friend and co-worker, will be premiere on ITVX in 2025. Two Doors Down star Doon Mackichan is also believed to be amongst the cast.
The network confirms: "Liv will be unleashing chaos and turning the store into her own personal playground in this new comedy, Transaction. Coming soon to ITVX".
The series was first announced in 2022. Gray, who has written the episodes, joked at the time: "My one true goal with this show is to create something as timeless as my implants."
