Christopher Macarthur-Boyd to host Scotland Stands Up 2024
Scotland Stands Up is set to return to TV for a second episode.
The show made its debut on BBC Scotland on New Year's Eve 2023 in the 9:30pm slot, with Jim Smith as host.
This year's special will be hosted by Christopher Macarthur-Boyd.
Joining the comic on screen will be Iain Stirling, Susan Riddell, Stephen Buchanan and Elaine Malcolmson.
The episode is due to be taped at Church Hill Theatre in Edinburgh on the evening of Tuesday 29th October. Free tickets are available
Talking about the recording, the BBC says: "This hilarious night of comedy brings the best comedians from Scotland together for a one-off special, to be broadcast as part of BBC Scotland's festive celebrations."
