Paul O'Grady: ITV to air hour-long tribute
ITV1 is to broadcast documentary special For The Love Of Paul O'Grady on Sunday 9th April.
The hour-long tribute is now being compiled following the death of the beloved comedian and TV presenter on Tuesday night. It will air from 8pm to 9pm as part of the channel's Easter Sunday line-up.
The documentary is described as "a tribute to the late presenter, comedian and chat-show host, whose unexpected death at the age of 67 prompted a flood of tributes from viewers, his entertainment colleagues and even Camilla, Queen Consort."
The network confirms: "ITV pays tribute to the iconic and much-loved entertainer Paul O'Grady in this special celebratory film, featuring highlights from his incredible career and interviews with those who knew him best."
ITV has also confirmed that Series 11 of Paul O'Grady: For The Love Of Dogs, a set of episodes the comedian completed before his unexpected death, will premiere, as previously planned, on Thursday 13th April at 8.30pm.
