After Specially Fried Chicken manager Mary panics in the face of danger and abandons hapless shop assistant Joe to the knife-point of a hungry nugget-demanding hoodie, she must find a way to claw back the respect of her staff or face a life forever doomed to independent franchise failure.
Meanwhile, new girl Anal (she's Sikh) has caught the attention of Joe, but can he impress her without relying on the advice of Ed, SFC's own resident loudmouth idiot?
