William's got it all planned out to the last detail - if only the gas man, removal man, electricity man, bed delivery man, estate agent or bed collection man would arrive as planned! Moving out soon becomes a far more hectic and complex experience than they could have possibly imagined. And then Hester manages to mis-pack the passports!
