Sammy is faced with the realisation that there is nothing left in her late husband's estate. Chris continues to exploit Sammy, and she tries to reclaim her worth by volunteering to help out at the school dance.
Meanwhile, Jim is still pining for Bev and hatching a scheme he thinks will win her back.
