Lauren's big break at work coincides with her time of the month, but she is unstoppable.

Lauren scores her first big success at work - running the social media campaign for a women's surfing event. It's hard work, but she's determined to prove she can do it. Declan and Craig know she's on her period, and find it too awkward to openly discuss.

Craig's deeply stressed about his first gig at Megabowl that day. Lauren accidentally posts the wrong image - a shot of the spilled contents of her bag, tampons included. She thinks she's blown it, and her boss Alex takes her off the gig. She calls her mum, who advises her to face the music and admit her mistake.

Declan, on Yasmin's advice, is giving Lauren some space - but when he hears about her disaster, he leaves her a supportive message. Lauren learns that the post actually went viral, and the client is delighted. At the last minute, Craig learns his gig is for a children's party - but he really goes for it and it's a massive success. That evening, buzzing off her successful day, Lauren kisses Declan...
