Channel 4 has joined forces with the recently created movement Check One Two to help get everyone 'feeling nuts' and help understand the risks of testicular cancer.
Feeling Nuts, hosted by Jack Whitehall, features various comedy acts.
It's set to be an evening full of surprise comedy pairings, some seriously awkward conversations and a host of challenges, whilst encouraging the nation to feel nuts.
The show reunites sitcom pair Martin Clunes and Neil Morrissey in a brand new Men Behaving Badly sketch written by Simon Nye.
Heavyweight comedy double act Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse perform a classic sketch.
There's a special musical collaboration from James Corden and Rizzle Kicks, while Jimmy Carr and Jamie Cullum form an unlikely alliance.
Also featuring Nina Conti, Cardinal Burns, 1D, Terry Mynott, Angelos Epithemiou, Daisy Lowe and Cara Delevingne.
