First stop is Nowhere Man, a café specialising in American pancakes before a heart-to-heart over fish and chips on the beach, in the rain, with one of his best friends. Then it's onto Brighton vegetarian institution Terre à Terre for dinner with Thunder's Luke Morley, before rounding off his day with a bag of churros and a ride on the Crazy Mouse.
