Nick travels to Leeds with his best mate David Trent, where they tuck into Yorkshire pudding wraps for breakfast before Nick seeks out some chicken soup to help mend his broken heart at a Jewish deli.
Nick returns to his family home town of St Albans for waffles with bacon, followed by a visit to his parents' house for his mum's prawn lasagne and a shoulder to cry on.
Nick is joined by fellow stand-up Ed Gamble to sample some traditional Scottish delicacies including haggis, black pudding and cullen skink - and deep fried pizza.
It's the end of the series and Nick has a house warming party to celebrate. He's cooking a meat feast inspired by the food he has eaten across the series.
