Doctor At Sea sees Dick Stuart-Clark fired from St Swithins. When Duncan Waring resigns in protest, the two join a cruise liner, MS Begonia, as the ship's doctors - only to find that the captain is the twin brother of their old adversary, Professor Geoffrey Loftus.
